REORGANIZATION MEETING
Date: September 13, 2010 7:30 pm
Location: Joy Baptist Church,
4309 W. 79th Street (Just west of the traffic light at Payne and 79th).
YOU ARE NEEDED! PLEASE JOIN US AT THIS MEETING TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!
Agenda:
1. To choose: Officers, District Reps, Crime Watch Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and other positions.
2. A revision of the web site and email communications will enable us to be more alert to important issues.
3. Set up regular meeting times.
4. Give a financial report.
5. Consider your areas of concern.
6. Get our neighborhood back on track.
Our neighborhood will only be as safe and as good as we make it.
